Aurangzeb more a Rishi Kapoor film than Arjun Kapoor
So much was said about the 'smile' of Arjun Kapoor after Ishaqzaade that now whenever he smiles it looks evil. With Aurangzeb, Arjun Kapoor takes a step further and explores this evil side of his.

Go Goa Gone and Gippi are light entertainment
A lot of speculation and intrigue is surrounding the first 'zomcom' of Bollywood - Go Goa Gone. Saif Ali Khan sporting blond locks is not the only queer thing in the film. The fact that he is also playing a character actor for the film and the main protagonists are Kunal Khemu and Vir Das is also weird.

Ek Thi Daayan: Could have been best horror flick, but...
After his directorial debut of 'Makdee', one cannot doubt the deep insight of Vishal Bhardwaj on the folklores and stories on witches and other scary stories made popular in the subcontinent. With 'Ek Thi Daayan,' he takes the audience to a whole different urban setting unlike the rural one he created in 'Makdee'.

Jolly LLB makes its case with good reviews
It was a funny Friday for movie goers as Arshad Warsi and funny man Boman Irani have, by all accounts, given us a laugh riot once again with the satirical comedy Jolly LLB at the box office. Will Jolly LLB, a satire on the legal system of the country, put the government on a legal backfoot?

One crazy ride: Discovering a path that doesn't exist
No script, no screenplay, and no professional actors. The film One Crazy Ride is a journey captured with a camera, moving and still, in a creative manner, and is just another example of how personal films, social media, and a willing and interested audience are enabling democratization story-telling. This citizen journalist spoke with filmmaker Gaurav Jani who captured a most crazy journey with his four fellow bikers from Delhi and Mumbai.

Review: Attacks of 26/11
Ram Gopal Varma is back with a bang. His new movie Attacks of 26/11 is surely one of the best movies. RGV has directed the movie exceptionally well. You feel as if you were also the part of the terror attack, and in this sense the film is brilliantly executed.

Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola not Bharadwaj's best work but a film not to be missed either
All my friends who watched the film 'Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola' looked apparently disappointed, but still they advised me to watch it. Vishal Bharadwaj is one such director, who has the ability to attract audiences with just his name on the director's chair.

Talaash review: a great endeavour at experimental cinema
Promos of Talaash have proved to be most effective in guarding the movie's secret (quite a feat even with the onslaught of social networking sites and media high-handedness). The promos were well-edited (and credits to the editor) that threw everyone off the track. Aamir Khan even went on to Facebook urging his fans not to 'leak' the 'suspense' after they have been privy to it.

Jab Tak Hai Jaan - Yash Chopra's immortal love gift

Skyfall - a pathetic James Bond movie
The only saving grace is the few minutes of screen presence by Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes) as the classy new M (Hail Potterheads!) and Adele's compelling opening score. All in all, fans are left cheated and duped after a four year wait only to be overwhelmed by an utter disaster!

'Barfi' turns out to be sweet just like the name
Anurag Basu's recently released movie 'Barfi' is a creative mixture of emotions and mystery. It is a selfless love story, which will make you laugh and cry; feel sad and happy in a short span of three hours.
